 I'm the first of the Library Loving Louisiana Ladies to post.

I am a woman in my mid-40s; just now becoming a part of a family with a 9 year old child, who just happens to have Asperger's Syndrome. I have been an aunt for 15 years.  I have a degree in Journalism and English.  I've been a newspaper reporter, disc jockey, hospital marketer, public relations and publicity specialist. 

I read fiction and non-fiction.
